yes I can
We have construction going on in our kitchen, so we have a temporary setup in another room with a stove there. We put tape across the floor so the kids wouldn't come close to the stove area. Today Angie was warming up some milk and Liani (2) was down there with her. Angie told Liani, "You can't cross this line, ok?" She looked puzzled, took a few steps back, ran forward and hopped over the line and said... "see mommy, I can...." 
Of course mommy went on to explain better what she meant....

Congratulations to Loxy, Spike and "C" with the arrival of their little girl, "Ella Gwyneth". Such a cute shot for a newborn. Really good looking....taking after her parents.

Potty trained

Liani just turned 2, and for a few weeks now, she's been off diapers. She is faithful to ask when she needs to go potty and has had only a few accidents. It's so nice when kids make these big leaps in their progress and growing up.
She is quite the talker and comes up with the most amazing "grown up" comments. She loves talking on the phone, dressing, trying on new clothes, changing her clothes, checking her looks in the mirror, etc....a true girl.
Growing up with 2 older brothers, she does have her bully side too. She likes to rough and tumble. Being an Aries, she is very determined and likes to do everything herself. Oh, and she "knows everything" too.
