above the clouds
Yesterday I spent the day in Engelberg. The photo I took with my cell phone, from above the town...walking up to a hotel on the outskirts. Snowing most the morning, and -6 degrees celcius (21 F) all afternoon.
Silas and I went ther for OR. Met some nice folks, but was generally slow. They are still recovering from the mud slides that happened here in Switzerland a few months ago. All in all, it was a nice day!

Manila airport employees push a US Air Force fighter off the runway after it made an emergency landing because of a hydraulics problem.

TEETH
Smile any more and it'll fall off...... 
Liani's teeth finally came through...teeth as in TWO if them at once! Her two bottom teeth poked through at the same time. So yeah, she a bit fussy at times, but overall she is quite the happy baby. Very active, crawling and climbing all over the place.
She's had a runny nose the last two weeks, so pray that she gets over that soon.

First Snow
Yup, we had our first snow. Well.....it tried to. 
It was snowing for about 15 minutes...kinda bally snow, but it wasn't rain, sleet, hail, etc. So it was snow.
I hope there is plenty of snow around here this winter so the kids can have lots of fun.

Winter is coming
All bundled...still getting used to the coming cold weather.
Yesterday we had our first frost! Winter is finally coming. It actually feels cold outside...not just the nice chilly autum breeze, but the winter chill.
I hope there is plenty of snow to make the cold worth it's while.
