too much too soon?
With Liani growing so fast, she has taken a keen interest in the keyboard. No, not the musical one (as I'm sure her mother would prefer), but rather my computer keyboard.
So, when she is sitting with me on my lap, and I want to do something at the computer, I've had to get her her own keyboard. Otherwise, she won't be quite, and reaches out and adds letters to whatever I'm typing. If I'm chatting or writing an email, I can explain it, and it's cute. If I'm trying to re-code a page or work out some PHP script, the browser is less accepting of the extra characters.

Ville de Jeux
So, our town "St-Maurice" had a "Olden Games Festival". So we took the kids there Sunday. There was a train ride, lots of activities, "old times" games, face painting, balloons, expositions, and rock climbing.
All in all, lots of fun.

More pics at the Gallery.
All in all, lots of fun.

Liani, enjoying the tour through town.

Darren, rock climbing. He's quite good at it.

Kaylena, spent most her time scaling...

Stats Page
I came across this nifty code that grabs data from webalizer stats, and displays it to the public so you do not have to let people into cPanel.
I wanted to use it here in my s9y blog, but it wasn't working as a php-script-include. Thankfully, Garvin Hicking came to the rescue, and after his modifying the script a few times and testing it out, he made it into a Serendipity Plug-in.
You can follow the thread here.
You can now view the stats for my blog here: Stats Page
You can download the Serendipity plugin here: serendipity_event_cpanel.zip
If you don't use Serendipity (you really should), but have Webalizer stats on your host and would like to display them for your public, you can download the script here: webalizer_stats.php.zip
Open the scriptin your favorite editor and edit the following lines to suite your needs:
Any problems with it, just contact me and I'll try and help you sort it out.
Again, a big thank you to Garvin for his time and work in making this plugin work.
Long live S9Y!

On a leash
I've seen dogs of all sizes on leashes, cats on a leash, monkeys, horses, cows, sheep and many more. But it was a surprise the other day when at the park with the boys, a girl came with these two little furry creatures on a leash.
Turns out they are ferets.
The boys were quite amused.

Furry, and fun.
