Spotted.....

Well, it's happened. I came down with Chicken-pox. Have the spotted look now. So it's mainly sleep for a few hours, then read a little, then sleep some more, then answer the mail, then sleep, then try and make some progress one of my many pending projects........
Yep, feeling all achy and sore. Thankfully not too itchy.

Keep me in your prayers, and especially that Liani doesn't get it.

I came across this article the other day.

13 Months of Sunshine

The long-standing motto of the Ethiopian tourism committee is "13 months of sunshine." Most people think that this is cute hyperbole. It's not. Ethiopians use a calendar that includes 12 30-day months followed a 5 or 6 day holiday month. Even during the rainy season, it's always sunny.

Free Quixotes in Caracas

People in the Venezuelan capital Caracas have been queuing around the block to collect free copies of the Spanish masterpiece Don Quixote.

The Venezuelan government is handing out a million copies to mark the 400th anniversary of its publication.

Populist President Hugo Chavez has urged Venezuelans to draw inspiration from the figure of Don Quixote.

Happy Weekend

Happy Grandparents! ! !

So, Sunday the inlaws came to meet their new grand-daughter. Angies parents came for lunch and spent half the afternoon here.
Liani slept the whole time, so finally, towards the end I got her up so that Grandma and Grandpa could hold her a bit.

She really has been good since coming home...sleep really well, sometimes all night or waking up just once to nurse. Hopefully she'll keep these good sleeping habits.
